Oft versuchen wir eine Lösung zu finden, die allen Ansprüchen gerecht wird, die Zustimmung von allen Stakeholdern hat und so nahezu perfekt sein soll. Dies führt dazu, dass niemand mehr Entscheidungen trifft, aus der “Angst” einer solchen Lösung nicht gerecht zu werden.

It seems to me that this is a very mighty pattern that could totally change the way we make decisions and even how we come to an understanding.
